Assistance with Daily Living is a support service that empowers you to live independently while receiving support with essential daily tasks.

We support our participants navigate day to day tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, household chores, and anything else that enhances your daily life.
With this service, you can be in the comfort of your own home while our qualified Support Workers provide personalised care tailored to your needs.

Capacity Building Activities
Capacity building for an individual means helping them grow their skills and confidence. A support worker assists by guiding, encouraging, and providing tools to help the person build their capacity in all areas' To have 5 points could we remove 'safety at home' as I feel as though the other points include safety and security.

Personal Care Activities
This includes tasks such as maintaining hygiene, medication reminders, and health prompts to keep you feeling your best.

Social Engagement
Our team helps you build friendships, develop social skills, and participate in activities that foster long lasting relationships.

Am I eligible to receive assistance with daily living?
We offer support for individuals with varying levels of needs, from low to high.
To be eligible for Milestone’s Assistance with Daily Living services, you must:
Be aged between 16 and 65.
Live in your own home (not in Supported Independent Living accommodation).
Have access to other supports in your community.
Require more than 15 hours per week of assistance for daily living tasks.
Have NDIS funding, or we can assist you in obtaining it.
Supporting you to live a life you enjoy.
If you’re between 18 and 65 with an NDIS package, you can also join our community activities. We can further support you in managing your money, attending appointments, and providing general assistance.
